Global Partners LP, a leading diversified energy company, seeks a Senior Commercial Operations Manager to drive sales and operational excellence across our Energy, Gas, Oil, and Electric portfolio. In partnership with Sales & Business Development, you will optimize pricing, contracts, and supply logistics to support profitable growth in the Northeastern U.S. Responsibilities include leading commercial analytics, managing key customer programs, coordinating with terminals and logistics, forecasting volume and margin, improving processes, and mentoring a small team.

Responsibilities
- Lead commercial operations across energy product lines to support revenue and margin goals
- Partner with Sales & Business Development to shape pricing, contracts, and customer programs
- Coordinate with terminals, logistics, and supply teams to ensure reliable, cost-effective fuel delivery
- Develop and maintain volume, revenue, and margin forecasts and business performance dashboards
- Identify and execute process improvements that enhance efficiency, safety, and customer service
- Use data analytics to evaluate deals, market trends, and profitability opportunities
- Support strategic planning, annual budgeting, and long-range commercial initiatives
- Mentor and guide a small team, fostering a culture of safety, integrity, and innovation
- Collaborate with finance and risk teams on credit, hedging, and exposure management
- Prepare presentations and reporting for senior leadership on commercial performance
