We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Cloud Onboarding & Tenant Management to join our team.

This is a hybrid opportunity based in our Waltham, MA office.

The Senior Product Manager, Cloud Onboarding & Tenant Management will drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the systems and workflows that connect Imprivata's business applications to its product platform — with a focus on tenant provisioning and entitlements. This role owns the product experience that determines how a customer's purchase, renewal, or entitlement change in Salesforce becomes a provisioned, correctly-scoped tenant and license state within Imprivata's Identity Cloud Platform (ICP).

The Senior Product Manager will partner closely with the Salesforce and ICP engineering teams, as well as Sales Operations, Finance, Customer Success, and Security, to turn business-process needs into reliable, auditable, and scalable integration capabilities. The ideal candidate brings strong product judgment, technical depth in B2B SaaS provisioning and entitlement models, and the ability to balance data integrity, automation, and time-to-value for customers and internal teams alike.

• Own product strategy and roadmap for integration capabilities spanning tenant provisioning, entitlements, and the Salesforce-to-ICP data and workflow pipeline.
• Own the onboarding experience for customers adopting products or features that leverage the Imprivata Cloud Platform (ICP), ensuring provisioning, setup, and activation are clear, reliable, and scalable.
• Partner with product managers across teams implementing features that leverage ICP to ensure provisioning and customer onboarding processes support efficient internal operations and a smooth customer experience.
• Own the integrations and internal tooling that enable customer-facing teams to monitor tenant health, investigate provisioning and entitlement issues, and efficiently troubleshoot tenant configuration and lifecycle problems.
• Lead discovery with Sales Operations, Finance, Customer Success, and Support to identify high-value provisioning and entitlement automation opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into clear use cases, data contracts, success metrics, rollout plans, and admin/API experience patterns for provisioning and entitlement flows.
• Partner with the Salesforce and ICP engineering teams to define and deliver reliable, observable integrations with clear SLAs/SLOs around provisioning latency, entitlement accuracy, and tenant lifecycle state.
• Drive standards-first, API-driven integration between Salesforce (CPQ, Order Management) and ICP, minimizing manual and error-prone provisioning steps.
