As a Principle Procurement Manager, you will support the enterprise-wide procurement strategy, complex sourcing initiatives, strategic supplier relationships, and commercial negotiations that support Zoom Info’s business objectives. You will serve as a trusted strategic partner to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, shaping procurement strategies that improve cost efficiency, mitigate risk, strengthen supplier performance, and enable business growth.

This role will be responsible for the review, negotiation, classification, storage, governance, and reporting of vendor contracts. The Principle Procurement Manager will establish and advance procurement practices for products and services, including SaaS, IaaS, cloud infrastructure, enterprise licensing, security, and technology‑enabled services. The role will also implement company policy on contractual terms, lead contract management strategy, and support contract compliance investigations.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in procurement, strategic sourcing, commercial negotiations, contract governance, supplier performance management, and procurement analytics. This individual will influence senior stakeholders, lead complex and high‑value negotiations, and help transform procurement into a strategic business partner.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the end-to-end procurement process for Zoom Info Procurement activities, including intake, requirements development, sourcing strategy, due diligence, contract review, approvals, execution, onboarding, governance, renewal, and termination.
  • Develop and execute enterprise-wide procurement strategies for products and services, including SaaS, IaaS, cloud infrastructure, enterprise software, cybersecurity, telecommunications, professional services, and technology‑enabled services.
  • Prepare, review, negotiate, execute, and manage complex contracts, renewals, terminations, amendments, change orders, statements of work, and other commercial agreements.
  • Lead high-value and high‑complexity sourcing initiatives, including Requests for Proposals, Requests for Information, Requests for Quotes, competitive bidding events, and strategic supplier selections.
  • Define deal objectives, sourcing strategies, negotiation positions, and approval requirements in partnership with business, finance, legal, security, and technology stakeholders.
  • Lead commercial negotiations involving complex contractual terms, pricing structures, service commitments, liability, data protection, security, intellectual property, termination rights, renewals, and other strategic considerations.
  • Drive transformational commercial negotiations and change‑enablement initiatives that deliver enterprise‑wide value, measurable cost savings, risk reduction, and operational improvements.
  • Benchmark vendor spend, pricing, contract structures, and service levels against industry data and market conditions to ensure Zoom Info obtains competitive commercial outcomes.
  • Develop and implement total‑cost‑of‑ownership models, should‑cost analyses, financial scenarios, and business cases to support strategic sourcing and investment decisions.
  • Partner with finance to establish effective processes for supplier payments, invoices, purchase orders, work orders, accruals, forecasts, savings tracking, and financial reporting.
