Senior Construction Project Manager

JLL is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with both JLL and client objectives.

• Develop and execute project-specific goals, schedules, budgets, strategies, and detailed assumptions.
• Maintain project goals and success criteria that meet both JLL and client needs.
• Build and maintain rapport with client representatives and ensure scopes of project and outside business forces are fully understood.
• Coordinate due diligence efforts on behalf of internal teams, project partners, clients, and end users, maintaining and delivering appropriate documentation.
• Develop detailed project budgets based on historical and market data and clearly defined budget assumptions.
• Act as the primary senior-level contact with the client throughout the project duration.
• Guide the client and team through the design implementation process, including conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction documentation and sign-off.
• Develop and maintain Master Project Schedules and manage successful execution of projects within required time frames.
• Prepare RFPs for vendor and contractor services and manage the contractor, vendor selection process.
• Facilitate critical project meetings and coordination exercises with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage project performance against schedules, milestones, and critical path items on multiple projects.
• Manage construction contractors through construction, commissioning, punch‑list, and close‑out phases.

• 5+ years as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Ability to communicate analyzed data to client and team to achieve project goals.
• Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings.
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with executive‑level clients and internal team members.
• Experience managing all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, submittals, and change orders.
• Experience in interior fit‑out and building infrastructure projects.
• Extensive knowledge of MS Office and MS Project.
• Must reside in the Massachusetts region.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management (or related field).
• Experience directing senior‑level project management services on client projects.
• Understanding of project‑specific and client‑driven goals development and execution.
• Experience with due diligence, coordination, and documentation maintenance.
• Knowledge of design implementation guidance (conceptual, schematic, design development phases).
• Experience with RFP preparation and vendor/contractor selection management.
• Knowledge of vendor and project team performance management for contract compliance.
• Understanding of risks, liabilities and mitigation strategies.
• Experience with team training and development on firm procedures.
• Experience maintaining client relationships and expanding revenue opportunities.

Estimated –USD per year. Final compensation will be based on qualifications, location, and market conditions.
