Assistant Project Manager, Fire Protection

In this hands‑on role, you’ll work alongside experienced Project Managers, Foremen, and Coordinators to support fire protection projects from start to finish. You’ll gain exposure to planning, field operations, procurement, financial tracking, and closeout—building a strong foundation for long‑term career growth.

• Support Project Managers with day‑to‑day planning, coordination, and documentation
• Ensure field teams have current drawings, RFIs, submittals, and schedules
• Assist with permits, vendor pricing, material deliveries, and fabrication releases
• Help track costs, labor, change orders, and project documentation
• Participate in project meetings, coordination efforts, and closeout activities

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 0–2 years of experience
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Interest in construction, mechanical systems, or fire protection
