Senior Project Manager – Interconnects

• Lead and plan execution of multiple measurement and regulation projects fulfilling interconnection agreements across the gas transportation system
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including cost estimates, schedules, proposals, scope, budget, risk, and governance
• Track costs, forecasts, invoices, and change orders while monitoring schedule and budget risks
• Lead RFPs, negotiate contract terms, issue work orders, and align with Supply Chain
• Coordinate construction and stakeholders through meetings, contractor and team alignment, progress tracking, and corrective actions
• Safely deliver high-quality facilities installations
• Apply lessons learned, enhance engineering standards, and promote consistent organizational processes
• Travel to operating facilities, construction sites, and manufacturer’s facilities up to 25%

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma or certification from a recognized university or college
• 6 or more years of progressively detailed design and/or project management and/or field engineering/management experience
• Without a degree, 9 years of experience is required
• General understanding of pipeline and terminal operations
• Demonstrated technical competence in at least one engineering field, with knowledge of others
• Exposure to construction and field operations
• Problem-solving, decision-making, organization, planning, and leadership skills
• Effective interpersonal skills for collaborative, team- and customer-focused work
• Valid driver’s license, verified with a motor vehicle check prior to hire
• Ability to meet stated physical requirements, including light to moderate lifting up to 20 pounds
• Ability to meet stated mental requirements, including understanding instructions, solving complex problems, organizing work, making decisions, completing reports, and communicating by telephone
• Final candidates may be required to undergo security screening, including a criminal records check

Demonstrates expertise in project management, including end-to-end delivery, cost estimation, and risk management, while ensuring compliance with engineering standards and effective stakeholder coordination. Possesses a strong understanding of pipeline and terminal operations, complemented by leadership and problem-solving skills.
