Presentation Designer

Compensation Range: $45-$48/hr W2

We are seeking a detail-oriented Freelance PowerPoint Presentation Designer for a fast-turnaround, high-volume project supporting an upcoming medical conference.

This is a two-week production sprint focused on polishing and standardizing 22 presentation decks (~20 slides each, totaling ~440 slides) to ensure a cohesive, high-quality visual brand across the entire event. Responsibilities:

Apply provided master templates, typographic hierarchies (fonts, colors, headline sizes), and brand guidelines across all 22 decks.

Align layouts, text, data charts, and speaker-note style slides for clean visual balance.

Incorporate assets from pre-built icon sets and an approved photo library (curated by our Creative Director).Standardize visual styling across all decks so the entire suite looks seamless, professional, and produced by a single designer.

Qualifications:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with heavy experience in master slides, template application, and fast-paced formatting.

Strong eye for detail, alignment, typographic consistency, and layout polish (this role focuses on production design and consistency rather than deep creative strategy).Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-turnaround environment.

Proven experience working on corporate or conference presentation decks.
