Front Desk Agent – Embassy Suites Boston/Waltham
We are welcoming highly motivated individuals to join our Front Desk team at the Embassy Suites Boston/Waltham. This role offers a sign‑on bonus of $350, with an additional $250 after 90 days of employment.
Responsibilities- Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging guests and taking sincere interest in their experience.
- Help resolve issues and implement recovery strategies to "WOW" guests when things aren’t quite right.
- Promote and sell special hotel programs.
- Assist other departments with information and support, maintaining clear communication with manager on duty.
- Follow set procedures for posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds.
- Maintain house bank and be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Outgoing and engaging personality.
- Strong desire to make an impact on others.
- Computer skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting and stand for the duration of the shift.
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
$21.00 per hour.
