Our school client is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program with required fieldwork.
- Active Massachusetts OT license and successful completion of exam.
- Evaluate students' functional and educational needs related to fine motor, sensory, and self‑help skills.
- Develop and implement IEP‑aligned OT goals to support student access to the educational curriculum.
- Provide direct and consultative OT services in classrooms and school settings.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, parents, and related service providers.
- Maintain compliant documentation and progress reports and state requirements.
- Reach and serve students who may otherwise go without needed services.
- Establish a foundation for maximum scholastic success through expertise.
- Develop students' maximum achievement through strong relationships with students and parents.
- Instill and reinforce the joy of learning.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging classroom environment.
