Temporary Research Assistant - School of Business and Economics

Job Overview

A Research Assistant at the School of Business and Economics assists professors with academic research in the areas of business, economics, econometrics, data analytics, and finance. The position is supervised by various professors at Brandeis University and is a 10‑week, part‑time role requiring 20 hours per week.

• Assist faculty with data collection, analysis, and literature reviews related to research projects.
• Support the preparation of research findings for publication, presentations, and grant submissions.
• Maintain organized records of data and research materials.

• Master’s degree (or being enrolled in a Master’s program) desired.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency with statistical software and data‑analysis tools.
