Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inspire Wonder:
  Spark curiosity and wonder in young hearts by designing and implementing engaging curriculum activities rooted in the Reggio Emilia philosophy.
• Nurture Growth:
  Cultivate a supportive and stimulating learning atmosphere where children can flourish emotionally, socially, and intellectually.

  Serve as a guiding light for children as they explore the world around them, encouraging independence, problem-solving, and self-expression.

  Foster a love for art, music, storytelling, and imaginative play to unlock each child's unique potential.
• Create Connections:
  Collaborate with fellow educators, parents, and the community to ensure holistic development and personalized learning experiences for every child.

  Actively document and interpret the children's learning processes, making learning visible through written narratives, photographs, videos, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or some college education.
• Passionate about or eager to learn about the Reggio Emilia Philosophy.
• Childcare Center Administration experience.
• EEC certification and background clearance.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification, along with recent physical examination documentation.
• Gentle, nurturing personality with a genuine love for children.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary, Benefits &

Hours:

• Salary range - $22-$28 per hour, commensurate with experience, education and EEC teacher qualification level
• Benefits – 56 hours of PTO, 3 weeks of vacation after 1 year, 15 paid Holidays, 4 paid professional development days, medical, dental, vision, 401k, Life Insurance and more!
