Job Description Summary
The Department of Economics currently seeks adjunct instructors tofill current and future open sections for several courses thatinclude:Principles of Microeconomics, Principles of Macroeconomics, and Business Statistics. There may be additionalopenings to teach upper-level undergraduate courses as well.

Candidates must have at least an M.A. in Economics. Preference will be given to candidates with a Ph.D. in Economics.

Salary Range:
Compensation for adjunct faculty is governed by the collective bargaining agreement between Bentley University and the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 509.
For the 2025–26 academic year, adjunct faculty are compensatedat a rate of $7,225.00 per course.
Courses with labs and other four-credit courses shall will be compensated at a higher minimum rate of $9,333.00 per course.
