Validation Scientist

Responsibilities

• Handling validation programs for drug products, drug substances, and starting materials.
• Support validation documents to help process characterization across drug substance and drug product.
• Help process validation and implement validation policies.
• Resolve quality and CAPA to perform investigations, root cause analysis, and risk assessments.

• Validation, drug substance, process validation, CAPA, investigation, drug product, process characterization, GMP, audit, process development.

• Support and mentor junior individuals on the team.
• BS with 5+ years of experience in industry, MS with 3+ years, or PhD with 2+ years experience.
• Experience working in CDMO.
• Experience in process development and process validation.
• Experience working in biologics, drug product, and drug substance.
• Must be open to moving to Fargo, ND, relocation assistance is provided.

Expert Level

This is a Permanent position based out of Waltham, MA.

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr. They have health, dental, vision, and 401k. They also will get permissive time off, so there is no specific accrual process in 2026.

This is a fully onsite position in Waltham, MA.

This position is anticipated to close on Feb 20, 2026.
