Project Manager – Electrical Systems
As the Project Manager in the Project Management Office, you will lead and manage projects that involve the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical systems and solutions. Your role requires strong technical knowledge of electrical engineering principles and effective project‑management skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
- Allocate and coordinate resources, including engineers, technicians, equipment, and materials, to keep projects on track.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring high‑quality outcomes.
- Establish strong communication channels with clients, understanding their requirements, providing updates, and addressing concerns.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures to stay within financial targets.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Previous experience in electrical engineering, project management, or a related role.
- Experience with utilities, specifically transmission asset capital projects.
- 5+ years of experience; PMP certification is a plus.
- Curious, active listener who asks questions and thinks outside the box.

- This level positions pays between $100,000 and $150,000 annually and is an exempt position.
