Role Overview
At Boston Dynamics, the Senior Technical Support Engineer is a vital source of intelligence for our entire organization. You will take ownership of resolving high‑stakes technical challenges across a sophisticated ecosystem of advanced, mobile robotic platforms and their associated peripherals. Your work spans autonomous behaviors, complex networking, and deep integration with our C++ and Python SDKs. Our products are at the cutting edge, solving real‑world problems for our customers right now.
We need systems‑level thinkers who instinctively ask "Why?". Your role is to resolve complex cases with technical excellence while ensuring the resulting data is harvested and translated into meaningful insights that drive our global roadmap forward.
We are looking for a "take‑charge" engineer who takes pride in providing a high standard of service but is always seeking the deeper lesson in the data. You are a self‑starter and quick learner who can navigate a rapidly changing commercial landscape and translate technical complexity into organizational value. If you want your work to be the bridge between field reality and future innovation, this is the role for you.
