Validation Engineer / Specialist
Are you hungry to learn, grow, and own your career inpharmaceutical validation? We're looking for a Validation Engineer /Specialist who wants hands-on experience, regional travel, and a clear pathto leadership.
What You'll Do
- Support IQ, OQ, PQ protocols for lab systems, equipment, and utilities
- Partner with lab teams, engineers, and managers to understand systems
- Assist with project scheduling, resource planning, and field coordination
- Learn on the job, then grow into leading validation activities
- Coachable, energetic, and hungry for growth
- Solutions-oriented, analytical, and accountable
- Comfortable starting as a follower, then stepping into leadership
- First in, last out, committed to results
- Strong communicator with technical fluency
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
- 2+ years in validation, CQV, commissioning, or regulated environments
- Knowledge of GMP, GxP, FDA compliance
- Willingness to travel regionally
