About this roleAs a skilled technician, you contribute to the development and analysis of products, materials, processes, or equipment. You support and assist with electrical engineering activities in a laboratory or bench environment.
Work ModeThe position follows an onsite work model, requiring employees to be in the local office five days per week.

Responsibilities- Assist Engineers in constructing prototype products and test fixtures from concepts.
- Build PCA and cable assemblies.
- Work from schematics, engineering drawings, and written or verbal instructions.
- Troubleshoot and rework existing electronic equipment, prototypes, and systems.
- Adhere to J-STD-001 standards for soldering and inspection during electrical re‑work.
- Hold soldering certification to IPC 610 or be willing to complete required certifications.
- Schedule, organize, and document equipment calibration in the electronic database (BMRAM).
- Organize, coordinate, and execute testing of prototypes with engineering guidance, developing or revising test methods as required.
- Prepare reports and documentation to communicate results and recommendations.
- Coordinate procurement and qualification of new or modified test and process equipment.
- Assist project teams in obtaining necessary materials, services, and test data, with internal or external resources.
- Train on technical aspects of the job, including interpreting and rationalizing results (e.g., statistics, DOE).
- Support engineering with the evaluation of new technologies within functional areas.
2–4 years of experience with a high school diploma and/or equivalent training, apprenticeships, or experience.
SalaryMinimum salary: $40,872. Maximum salary: $69,472.

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience, training, education, certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
