EFR Mechanical is looking for a detail-obsessed and tech-savvy BIM Coordinator to bring plumbing systems to life—digitally. You’ll be the glue between design and execution, ensuring flawless coordination on commercial plumbing projects.
What You'll Be Doing:- Develop and manage 3D plumbing models (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks)
- Detect clashes and resolve coordination issues
- Generate construction drawings & schedules
- Train and support staff on BIM tools
- Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers & field teams
- Stay sharp on emerging BIM technology and workflows
- BIM coordination experience (especially in construction or MEP)
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD
- Knowledge of plumbing systems & construction drawings
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
Must have prior plumbing and HVAC modeling experience.
