Position: Senior Accounting Manager – up to $140,000 per year + Bonus

Responsibilities
  • Lead the monthly close process and prepare accurate financial statements for the corporate management company
  • Develop, manage, and present annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and cash flow projections
  • Build financial models and perform scenario analyses using advanced Excel techniques
  • Manage intercompany and joint venture accounting, including expense allocations and reconciliations
  • Prepare and present financial reports and insights to executive leadership
  • Support audits, compliance activities, and process improvement initiatives in coordination with internal teams and external advisors
Credentials
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Valid CPA license preferred
Required Skills and Experience
  • 4 to 6 years of public accounting experience, including audit background
  • Strong knowledge of general ledger, financial reporting, budgeting, and close procedures
  • Advanced Excel skills, particularly in financial modeling and cash flow forecasting
  • Experience presenting financial information to senior leadership
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Experience in real estate, senior living, healthcare, private equity, or family office environments
  • Knowledge of Yardi or similar ERP platforms
