Reporting Analyst

Performance Reporting Analyst - Hybrid / Waltham, MA

Our client, a financial services organization, is seeking a Performance Reporting Analyst to support portfolio reporting and data-related functions. This role focuses on reviewing investment performance data, supporting internal stakeholders, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of reporting outputs in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Review and analyze performance data at the account and group level
• Monitor reporting data for accuracy and reasonableness
• Support internal teams with performance-related questions and reporting requests
• Assist with reconciliations and investigation of data discrepancies
• Maintain reporting standards and support compliance-related requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data and reporting issues

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of experience in fund performance reporting
• GIPS experience preferred
• Experience with SQL or similar tools preferred
