As Head of Payment & Card Operations, you will lead strategic planning, execution, risk management, and continuous improvement of payment systems and card operations, ensuring reliable, compliant, and scalable processing across ACH, Wires, RTP/Fed Now, Zelle, Debit/ATM, and digital platforms.

• Payment Operations Leadership – lead day‑to‑day execution of payment processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and service excellence.
• Regulatory & Risk Compliance – maintain compliance with NACHA, Reg E, UCC 4A, OFAC, BSA/AML, and network rules; strengthen risk and control frameworks.
• Operational Controls & Governance – develop standard operating procedures, internal controls, monitoring, and reporting frameworks.
• Strategic Cross‑Functional Partnership – partner with Product, Technology, Treasury, Fraud, Compliance, and business units to enable product launches and platform enhancements.
• Performance & SLA Management – establish and monitor operational KPIs and SLAs, driving continuous improvement in throughput and STR rates.
• Vendor & Network Oversight – manage relationships with third‑party processors, payment networks, and infrastructure partners to ensure service quality.
• Operational Modernization Initiatives – champion automation, workflow optimization, and technology enablement.
• Team Leadership & Development – recruit, develop, mentor, and retain a high‑performing team.
• Business Continuity & Incident Management – ensure resilience, disaster recovery readiness, and incident response.
• Executive Reporting & Strategy – report to senior leadership on performance, risk posture, and strategic initiatives.
• Other duties as required.

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in payment or bank operations.
• Deep expertise in ACH, Wire, Card Services, and real‑time payment systems.
• Proven success in operational excellence, risk and compliance, and cross‑functional partnership.
• Strong communication and executive presence.
• Experience with payment vendors, networks, and modernization initiatives.
