Overview
Join Repligen’s Chromatography Business Unit as a Senior Financial Analyst, responsible for delivering financial insights that drive operational, strategic, and investment decisions. This hybrid role is based in Waltham, MA and requires onsite presence three days per week.
The position is expected to model Repligen’s Leadership Behaviors:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports with actionable insights.
- Lead monthly close activities, including variance analysis and performance commentary.
- Report and analyze cost of goods sold, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and quality of all financial data.
- Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and key metrics.
- Provide day‑to‑day finance partnership to manufacturing operations, offering insights that support operational decisions and investment prioritization.
- Establish, monitor, and analyze KPIs, recommending corrective actions where needed.
- Partner with business leaders to translate financial data into strategic recommendations.
- Use financial insights to drive actions that improve efficiency and profitability.
- Lead or contribute to cross‑functional initiatives and special projects.
- Perform ad hoc analyses to support evolving business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or related field (MBA or CPA/CA preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive finance experience.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive self‑starter with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and solid understanding of accounting principles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams.
- Ability to influence indirectly and challenge assumptions constructively.
- Estimated salary range: $93,500 – $115,000 (U.S.).
