We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager Controller to join our Accounting and Finance team. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's financial health and growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our financial operations, including the month-end close process, Cost Accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

This role will also involve using advanced financial systems like SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 to drive efficiency and accuracy in our financial processes. Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is a must.

Job Details Responsibilities:

Overseeing the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Managing the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, providing financial analysis and guidance to support strategic decision-making.

Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards.

Implementing and managing financial systems, including SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365, to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.

Providing leadership and direction to the accounting team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Collaborating with other departments to identify financial risks and opportunities, driving the financial success of the company.

Participating in the development of the company's financial strategy and ensuring its alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA or CMA designation is highly preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

Proven experience with financial processes and systems, including month-end close, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.

A strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.

The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
