Radiology Technician - Boston area | 40–60/hour | 3x12 Schedule | Full-Time. Join a fast-paced urgent care setting where your skills go beyond the X-ray room. Hiring for multiple locations:
Medford, Back Bay, Chestnut Hill, Waltham, Bedford, Burlington, Stoneham. Our client is a well-established urgent care provider with multiple locations throughout the Greater Boston area. They are seeking a Radiology Technician (RT) to perform diagnostic imaging and support patient care in a collaborative, team-based environment. This hybrid role includes both clinical and front desk responsibilities when imaging needs are low — perfect for someone who thrives on variety and values professional growth.

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures
• Ensure patient comfort and maintain safety protocols during exams
• Manage imaging equipment and perform basic troubleshooting
• Support front desk and clinical operations during low-volume periods
• Work primarily at one site, with one floating day at a nearby clinic each week

• Associate degree or equivalent from an accredited program
• Active ARRT certification
• 6+ months of experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Team-oriented, flexible, and confident working independently

• 3x12 schedule (8 AM – 8 PM) including Monday or Friday and every other weekend
• Schedules published 4 months in advance
• Overtime eligible
