Practice Manager – Multi-Site Subspecialty
Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston (OCB) is seeking a dynamic Practice Manager to lead administrative and operational performance for a multi-provider subspecialty across multiple locations. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring regular travel between offices, strong physician partnership, and oversight of both in-office and remote teams. You’ll Lead
- Multi-site operations, workflows, and provider scheduling
- Template optimization and clinic flow efficiency
- Surgical and procedural scheduling coordination
- Staff recruitment, development, and performance management
- Data-driven decision making using operational and scheduling reports
- Budget oversight and resource management
- 5+ years of healthcare management experience
- Strong analytical and operational leadership skills
- Experience leading hybrid (remote + in-office) teams
- Epic experience preferred
- Lean Six Sigma experience a plus
- Ophthalmology experience preferred but not required
