Practice Manager-Retina

Overview

Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston (OCB) is seeking a dynamic Practice Manager to lead administrative and operational performance for a multi-provider subspecialty across multiple locations. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring regular travel between offices, strong physician partnership, and oversight of both in-office and remote teams. • Multi-site operations, workflows, and provider scheduling
• Template optimization and clinic flow efficiency
• Surgical and procedural scheduling coordination
• Staff recruitment, development, and performance management
• Data-driven decision making using operational and scheduling reports
• Budget oversight and resource management

• 5+ years of healthcare management experience
• Strong analytical and operational leadership skills
• Experience leading hybrid (remote + in-office) teams
• Epic experience preferred
• Lean Six Sigma experience a plus
• Ophthalmology experience preferred but not required
