- Bachelor’s degree required;
Registered Nurse (RN) with current license preferred - 5+ years of sales and/or Clinical Education experience in the dialysis industry
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate nursing staff and leadership
- Self-starter with an energetic and positive attitude
- Ability to travel extensively, covering a large geographic area
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent preferred
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred
- Experience in creating customized growth plans for healthcare facilities
- Knowledge of various staffing models and requirements in healthcare
- Familiarity with nephrology literature and clinical applications
