Senior Molecular Technologist

Max Cyte, Inc., a leader in cell engineering, seeks a Senior Molecular Technologist to support development and optimization of non-viral cell engineering and analytical assays for cell therapy and biopharmaceutical applications. In this lab-based role, you will design and execute molecular and cell-based experiments, including nucleic acid extraction, PCR/qPCR, cloning, and flow cytometry, while ensuring data quality and regulatory-ready documentation.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional R&D and analytical teams, mentor junior staff, and contribute to technology transfer and continuous process improvement in a mission-driven, science-focused environment.
