Compensation & Benefits:- Competitive Compensation:
Base pay of $75–$85 per hour, with performance incentives of up to $25 per hour, resulting in an average hourly rate of approximately $96. - Generous Paid Time Off:
Five weeks annually, inclusive of vacation, holidays, and sick time. - CME Support:
Three paid CME days annually, with additional CME support provided. - Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 upon joining the team.
