Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site position for a Director of Front Office at The Westin Waltham Boston, located in Waltham, MA. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Front Office to ensure exceptional customer service and seamless guest experiences. Responsibilities include managing the front office team, ensuring customer satisfaction, monitoring reservations, and managing budgets to optimize operational efficiency. The Director of Front Office will collaborate with other departments to uphold the hotel's standards of excellence and professionalism.
Qualifications- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to deliver high-quality guest interactions and resolve issues effectively.
- Proficiency in Front Office operations, including team management and maintaining operational standards.
- Skills in Budgeting and financial oversight to manage budgets and optimize revenue opportunities.
- Knowledge of Reservations processes to ensure efficient booking and smooth guest check-in/check-out experiences.
- Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving capabilities are required.
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry is required
