Pyramid Global Hospitality is a leading hospitality management company with a portfolio of more than 200 hotels and resorts across the United States, Caribbean, and Europe.

The cleanliness of a hotel is one of the main reasons that keep guests returning. We need a Housekeeping Supervisor to inspect guest rooms and public spaces, ensuring cleanliness standards are achieved.

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead a team, coordinate daily workflows, train staff, maintain inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
• Work as a team to accomplish the goal of resort/hotel cleanliness.
• Coordinate the day’s workflow and distribution of duties.
• Inspect guest rooms following the highest quality standards and hold staff accountable.
• Supervise and train staff to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Assist with inventory of linen and supplies.
• Assist in completion of performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with the Front Desk Supervisor and staff, reporting maintenance needs.
• Ensure employees handle cleaning chemicals safely.
• Find coverage for callouts or increased house counts.
• Perform other related duties as requested by Management.

• 6 months experience in a similar housekeeping position desirable.
• Engaging and caring personality.
• Time‑management skills.
• Ability to work on feet for an extended period.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions.
• Physical ability to move, traverse, and position yourself to reach corners and high places, and to navigate carts weighing up to 100 lbs in tight spaces.
• Lift, carry, and position loads of at least 25 lbs.

$21.00 – $23.00 per hour. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. Terms may differ by location.
