About the Role

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring Housekeepers at Embassy Suites Boston/Waltham. The role involves maintaining guest rooms, ensuring a clean and safe environment and providing excellent guest service.

Sign‑on bonus of $100 upon starting and $250 after 90 days. Base pay of $18.00 per hour. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, on‑site wellness programs, local discounts, and employee hotel rates.

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
• Work as a team to achieve resort/hotel cleanliness goals.
• Keep work cart orderly and properly stocked.
• Properly utilize equipment, supplies, and guest amenities.
• Maintain thorough cleanliness and sanitation of assigned guest areas.
• Change and inspect linens and towels on a daily basis, following Green Program standards.
• Practice safety standards and report hazards such as broken glass, frayed cords, leaks, broken locks, suspicious persons.
• Respect guests’ property at all times.
• Take care of equipment responsibly.
• Report to work on time and maintain accurate time records; follow room issuance standards.
• Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and coworkers.
• Perform other related duties as requested by the Floor Supervisor.

• Housekeeping experience desirable.
• Neat, pleasant personality.
• Time‑management skills.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions.
• Ability to move, traverse, position self to reach corners on floors and high places; detect odors.
• Operate equipment including spray bottles, vacuums, mops, brooms, dust pans, scrub pads and dusters.
• Lift, carry, and position loads of at least 25 lbs.
