** What You'll Do at Pega:*
* + Use your superpowers of organization to ensure all People operations processes exceed delivery expectations, on time.
+ Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate customer service-oriented interactions with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders.
+ Coordinate candidate information by maintaining high level of accuracy in our applicant tracking system.
+ Propose creative ideas on how to improve the candidate and employee experience through automation and self service.
+ Manage the candidate background check process from end-to-end.
+ Ensure all standard operating procedures, process documentation, and service catalogs are continuously updated/maintained.
+ Adhere to service level agreements.

** What You've Accomplished:*
* + Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
+ 1-3+ years' experience in HR
+ Strong Microsoft Office skills; particularly Excel
+ HR Reporting/Metrics experience preferred
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information
+ Outstanding initiative with very good customer service and interpersonal skills
+ Strong attention to details
+ Excellent organizational skills
+ Strong desire to learn about the Human Resources profession

** Additional Information*
* Base salary range for this role is 60,400 - 90,300 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.
The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
