You will own Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Compliance; report to the CHRO and collaborate with a small, high-ownership People team.
You will gain early exposure across HR functions, with opportunities to shape recruiting, comp, benefits, and onboarding/offboarding while transitioning into the core scope of the role.
