SAP Integration Lead

The SAP Integration Lead will spearhead the design and delivery of scalable, compliant integration solutions between SAP S/4

HANA and various external systems within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role demands deep technical expertise in SAP integration technologies and a strong grasp of GxP and CFR 21 Part 11 compliance standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of integration solutions between SAP S/4
  
  HANA and external systems (Jaggaer, Fusion, Hyperion, LIMS, Bank, Lockbox, ICS, etc.).
• Own and manage the integration architecture to align with pharmaceutical industry and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with validation and data integrity standards.
• Develop and maintain interfaces using SAP CPI, PI/PO, IDocs, BAPIs, OData, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Oversee documentation for audit readiness, including integration design specs, validation protocols, and qualification reports.
• Validate, test, and deploy integrations following Computer System Validation (CSV) practices.
• Support incident resolution, performance tuning, and change management processes.
• Lead and mentor a team of integration developers and coordinate third-party vendors when necessary.
• Participate in IT change control, risk assessments, and system audits to ensure compliance with GAMP 5 and CFR 21 Part 11.

• 8+ years in SAP integration roles, with 3+ years in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Proficient in SAP CPI, PI/PO, IDoc/ALE, BAPI, RFC, Proxy, and API-based integrations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4
  
  HANA (MM, PP, QM, SD, WM, EWM modules).
• Experience in regulated environments adhering to GxP, GMP, and CFR 21 Part 11.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and vendor management experience.

• Knowledge of LIMS, Jaggaer, Hyperion, and external logistics system integrations.
• Familiarity with IT compliance audits, CSV, and validation lifecycle documentation.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
