Salary - 165-175K + bonus and benefits
Business Intelligence Manager - 3 positions
We’re partnering with a large enterprise organization to hire three Business Intelligence Managers to lead embedded analytics teams aligned to key business units.
This is a hands‑on leadership role (50% management / 50% technical) reporting to the VP of Business Intelligence. You’ll manage a team of ~4 analysts while remaining deeply involved in SQL, dashboards, and advanced analytics.
What You’ll Do- Lead and mentor a team of BI Analysts supporting business leadership
- Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, analytics strategy, and reporting priorities
- Design and deliver dashboards, reports, and insights that drive business decisions
- Build scalable BI solutions and promote self‑service analytics
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable business stories
- Champion data quality, governance, and best practices
- 7+ years in Business Intelligence / Analytics
- Proven people management experience (not just a team lead)
- Strong SQL and hands‑on analytics background
- Python and/or R preferred
- Experience supporting retail, operations, terminals, or enterprise functions is a plus
