Clinical Scientist

Our Waltham based client is looking for an experienced Clinical Scientist to play a key role in early‑phase oncology development. This position supports the design, execution, and reporting of clinical trials through scientific leadership, data interpretation, and strong cross‑functional collaboration. Success requires deep oncology expertise and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

• Support design, implementation, and reporting of early‑phase oncology studies.
• Lead or contribute to clinical document development (protocols, IBs, CSRs, ICFs).
• Participate in data review, safety monitoring, and interim/final analyses.
• Ensure scientific consistency across study materials and communications.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Biostats, Regulatory, and Translational teams.
• Support regulatory submissions, KOL engagement, and investigator interactions.
• Summarize emerging safety/efficacy data and support abstracts, posters, and manuscripts.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements.

• PhD, Pharm
  
  D, or MD preferred;
  Master’s with strong oncology experience considered.
• 8–12+ years in oncology clinical development (biotech/biopharma).
• Hands‑on experience with protocols, data review, CSRs, and cross‑functional study teams.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH, and global regulatory expectations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.

• Hybrid role (minimum 2 days onsite in Greater Boston).
