Responsibilities
- Lead all testing activities for a Maximo environment with GIS integrations, including data, mapping, spatial workflows, and interface testing
- Provide hands‑on leadership, ensuring all test scenarios accurately reflect Maximo‑GIS business processes and technical use cases
- Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 testers, assigning work, reviewing output, and ensuring delivery quality
- Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test scripts tailored to Maximo + GIS system functionality
- Oversee functional, integration, spatial data testing, regression, and UAT phases
- Validate GIS layers, mapping accuracy, asset spatial data, synchronization, and end‑to‑end integration workflows
- Work closely with business SMEs, Maximo developers, GIS/ESRI teams, and project leadership
- Drive defect triage, root cause analysis, and issue resolution across Maximo and GIS components
- Report status, risks, and milestones to key stakeholders with strong transparency and communication
- Extensive hands‑on experience testing Maximo environments involving GIS integrations (ESRI/INGIS/spatial asset management systems)
- Ability to understand GIS layers, mapping logic, spatial data relationships, and how GIS integrates into Maximo
- Proven leadership experience managing 10-15 QA resources on large programs
- Strong understanding of Maximo modules, workflows, asset management processes, and integration points
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership presence
- Experience in large, complex, long‑duration project environments
- QA or testing certifications (ISTQB, CSTE, etc.)
- Prior experience in utilities, energy, infrastructure, or asset‑heavy industries
- Knowledge of spatial data testing frameworks or GIS tools (ArcGIS, ESRI tools, etc.)
- Hybrid role with three days per week onsite required
- Fast‑paced, multi‑year transformation initiative
- Opportunity to shape the testing approach for a major enterprise Maximo/GIS program
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
