The Financial System Integration Manager is responsible for leading the integration of financial systems and data flows across the oil and retail business units. This role serves as a bridge between Finance, IT, and Operations to ensure seamless connectivity between platforms such as ERP, POS, fuel management systems, and inventory systems. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in financial systems and a deep understanding of the unique operational complexities in oil and multi-site retail environments.

Your Role, Your Impact
  • Lead integration projects for Oracle.
  • Lead end‑to‑end integration of financials systems between different platforms.
  • Manage cross functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment of system requirements with business goals.
  • Oversee the configuration, testing, and deployment of systems integrations and upgrades for Oracle OIC.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements within financial operations.
  • Collaborate with IT, and external application owners to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements based on user feedback and business needs.
  • Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and best practices in financial systems integration (OIC).
  • Developing and monitoring system performance metrics.
  • Manage and support OIC system improvements and upgrades.
  • Assess system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or related field.
  • 5‑8+ years of experience in financial system integration or related roles.
  • Proficient in integration tools and data transformation technologies (e.g. APIs, ETL middleware).
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
  • Knowledge of data visualization/reporting tools.
  • Experience in SQL, and various API’s.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle ERP Financial Application, Procurement and OIC application.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
