Location:Waltham, MA
Mandatory skills:Windows OS, Troubleshooting of laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, Service Management & Process Skills, nexthink
Required skills:- On-Site End User Support (IT Clinic Support)
- Incident Resolution & Break-Fix Support
- Conference Room & AV Support
- Device Lifecycle & Asset Management
- Stakeholder Communication & Service Experience
- Basic understanding of nexthink

The annual salary for this position is between $50,000- $56,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
