SAP S4 Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S4
  
  HANA implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, SAP consultants, and technical teams to define project scope and objectives.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure alignment with business goals and compliance with SAP best practices.
• Manage stakeholder communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and status meetings.
• Oversee change management, training, and post-go-live support activities.

• Drive project governance and reporting to senior leadership.
• Ensure integration across SAP modules and with third-party systems.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners.
• Lead cutover planning, data migration, and testing activities.
• Ensure documentation of all project deliverables and decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years total & 3+ years S4 with solutioning for 3 deployments.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, LE, SD, PP) and integration points.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Project Manager acting as a liaison between business users and technical teams to translate data needs into requirements for SAP business processes, custom developments, relevant integrations etc.

$110,000 to $140,000 Per Annum
