Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Enterprise IT Program Manager to drive and lead highly complex, enterprise-wide business and technology initiatives. This role is the central point of integration and program leadership across the full program ecosystem, ensuring all work streams operate as a single, aligned program where progress translates into real business outcomes. It is a hands‑on program leadership position responsible for structuring, discipline, and operating rhythm required to deliver at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Own end‑to‑end delivery of large, complex programs aligned to business objectives and enterprise priorities.
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for program outcomes, execution health, and risk management.
  • Translate strategic objectives into clear, executable plans across multiple work streams.
  • Manage program financials—budget planning, forecasting, and tracking—to ensure alignment with approved funding and business outcomes.
  • Develop and actively manage integrated program and project plans, including dependencies, sequencing, and critical path.
  • Continuously assess program and project health, identify risks and trade‑offs, and adjust direction to maintain momentum.
  • Synthesize inputs across teams to provide a clear, program‑level view of progress, risks, and decisions required.
  • Plan and structure programs to maximize business value through sound technical implementation, balancing technical realities with business priorities.
  • Set direction, expectations, and consistency in how work is planned, tracked, and delivered.
  • Elevate team performance by reinforcing strong program management discipline and accountability.
  • Oversee and direct other project managers as needed, particularly on large multifaceted programs.
  • Partner with executives and senior leaders to align priorities, timelines, and expected outcomes.
  • Serve as the trusted bridge between technical delivery teams and executive and senior business leaders—translating technical complexity into clear business implications.
  • Provide clear, actionable insights to support decision‑making, including risks, trade‑offs, and recommendations.
  • Anticipate issues and surface solutions before they impact delivery.
  • Craft and deliver executive‑level reporting—dashboards, status updates, and presentations—that clearly communicates program health, risks, and key decisions.
  • Define and lead the program governance model, including leadership forums, working teams, and decision‑making structures.
  • Ensure meetings drive decisions, accountability, and forward momentum—not just status updates.
  • Establish a consistent operating cadence that drives alignment, accountability, and execution across all work streams.
  • Build trust and credibility with executives, enterprise, and business leaders through consistent delivery and sound judgment.
  • Navigate organizational complexity to align stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and move initiatives forward.
  • Influence outcomes across teams without direct authority.
  • Ensure risks, issues, and dependencies are identified early and managed proactively, driving timely resolution and escalation with clear ownership and recommendations.
  • Maintain visibility into program‑level impacts across all work streams.
  • Manage external vendors and partners, ensuring alignment to program objectives, timelines, and deliverables, and oversee vendor performance, deliverables, and contractual obligations.
  • Partner with business and functional leaders to develop and execute change management and communication plans, championing adoption and reinforcing a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure leadership materials and communications are clear, concise, and decision‑ready.
  • Set and uphold high standards for program outputs, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment.
Qualifications
  • Expert‑level program and project management, with a proven track record delivering results through complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Proven leadership capability; able to influence outcomes and drive results across diverse teams.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to understand enterprise priorities and connect program…
