Senior Strategic Partner Manager, Solutions

The Strategic Partner Manager, Solutions is a position that will play a critical role in the Partner organization. The Strategic Partner Manager is responsible for building a global program that will equip Zoom Info’s top implementation partners to deliver successful project outcomes and ensure ongoing customer adoption. This role will work closely with Zoom Info’s Solutions Team, while reporting to the Sr AVP of Partnerships, to ensure the success of the program is in line with Zoom Info’s overall solutions partner program and strategy.
Roleand Responsibilities
- Help design and manage in building a global Solutions Partner Program and methodology that
1) equips partners to drive successful project outcomes and ensure ongoing customer adoption
2) elevates partners’ technical competency and matures their Zoom Info services practice - Work with the partner team, delivery and account teams to ensure the proper program elements, resources, and processes are put in place to support solutions partner's success
- Provide full program strategy, project management and timely updates on key solutions partner success initiatives
- Be the trusted advisor for Zoom Info solutions partners and act as a player/coach as the team expands
- Work collaboratively with Partners and internal Zoom Info delivery and technical experts to develop repeatable frameworks built from successful customer deployments
- Collect qualitative and quantitative data points to measure and report on individual partner performance based upon key metrics (KPIs) to ensure a high standard of implementation quality from our top partners
- Play an active role in contributing to the evolution of Zoom Info’s overall partner program and strategy
- Architect and manage partner business planning, QBRs, assessments, etc.
- Own and manage partner interactions with Zoom Info Team (Marketing, Product, Pre‑Sales, Sales, Services, Enablement, Customer Success, Partner Operations, and Executive Leadership
- Handle administrative functions related to Partner Account and ensure internal tools are updated and sales hygiene is maintained
- Support Partners and internal stakeholders’ ad‑hoc requests and jump in where needed (eg, legal agreement support, webinars, collateral building, etc.)
Core systems and tools you may be working with: Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, GSuite, Netsuite, Snowflake, GCP, AWS, plus multiple other peripheral software tools in these ecosystems.
Requirements- 5-8 years of experience working with and handling solutions partners
- Confirmed track records of sales over‑performance
- Existing SI partner relationships and network
- Strategic business and marketing planning capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a confirmed capacity to build positive relationships and close business with partners
- Proven ability to work cross‑functionally
- Must be self‑motivated, have strong self‑management skills and should demonstrate leadership qualities

$105,350 — $165,550 USD
