Job Description:
Responsibilities- Act as Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) subject matter expert
- Hands-on experience with one or more CLM tools/products such as:
Agiloft, Icertis, Sirion, Apttus, Conga, Docu Sign CLM, Spring
CM, etc - Experience implementing signature tools such as:
Adobe Sign, Docu Sign, etc - Well-versed in business process mapping, workflow diagrams, template assembly, merge field mapping, and configuration of CLM tools
- Ability to create and maintain well-written artifacts such as process flows, user stories, and design documentation
- Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills
- Deliver end-to-end CLM implementations by assessing the current state and defining future state processes based on areas for improvement and fit-gap analysis
- Agiloft Certified
- Hands-on experience with one or more CLM tools/products such as Agiloft, Icertis, Sirion, Apttus, Conga, Docu Sign CLM, Spring
