Net Suite Systems Analyst

In this role you will be the subject‑matter expert for Evolv’s Net Suite ERP environment. Working closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT, you will configure, optimize, and extend Net Suite to support a fast‑moving, scaling company while driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance.

• First 30 days: Familiarize yourself with the Net Suite environment, build relationships with stakeholders, and start contributing to configuration work.
• Within 3 months: Own day‑to‑day administration, deliver new workflows or fixes, and contribute to documentation standards.
• By the end of the first year: Be the go‑to Net Suite resource, deliver multiple system improvements, optimize modules, lead data migration or transition projects, and keep the platform stable, secure, and compliant.

• Manage users, roles, permissions, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and transaction forms
• Configure records, fields, forms, and workflows per evolving business needs
• Coordinate system updates, sandbox/production release cycles, and version stability
• Maintain clear documentation of configurations, customizations, and change history

• Evaluate existing Suite Script customizations and engage developers when needed
• Create and manage Suite Flow/Workflow Manager automations to reduce manual steps
• Build and maintain custom records, fields, saved searches, and advanced PDF/HTML templates
• Assess enhancement requests against native capabilities and recommend solutions

• Serve as the business side point of contact for Net Suite integrations, triage issues, and coordinate resolution
• Troubleshoot integration errors and data discrepancies with vendors or IT
• Lead or support data migrations, scoping, mapping, validation, and import with auditability
• Monitor data quality and implement governance practices for accurate records

• Act as the primary technical liaison between finance, accounting, operations, and the ERP platform
• Gather and document enhancement requests, communicating status and timelines
• Lead or support module expansions, process redesigns, or new capability rollouts
• Train end users and create resources to reduce support requests

• Monitor system health, scheduled scripts, workflows, and integrations for errors or performance issues
• Serve as first‑line escalation for complex Net Suite issues and support audits or compliance reviews
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, data privacy standards, and regulatory requirements (including SOX)
• Stay current on Net Suite release notes, evaluate new capabilities, and recommend adoption to the VP of IT

You will report to the VP of IT and collaborate with leaders and practitioners across Finance, Accounting, and Operations. The role is an individual contributor that expects you to drive the platform forward, surfacing issues proactively and bringing actionable recommendations.

Waltham, Massachusetts — hybrid role requiring 3 days on-site. Fully remote candidates are not considered.

Base salary range: $102,000–$166,000. Additional compensation includes a competitive target bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package. Salary ranges are provided in accordance with applicable state laws and reflect market benchmarks.

• 5–7+ years of hands‑on Net Suite administration and configuration
• Solid understanding of core Net Suite modules:
  Financial Management, Advanced Financials, Advanced Revenue Management, Fixed Assets Management, and One World
• Experience with Net Suite ARM (Advanced Revenue Management) and Suite Billing modules
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a track record of translating complex business requirements into maintainable solutions
• Excellent communication skills
• Self‑directed and highly organized, able to manage a queue of requests proactively
• Nice to Have:
