Job Description
We are a MSP in Waltham, MA.
Qualifications- Proficiency at desktop, server, and network support – should have complete understanding of firewalls, servers, networks, and desktops.
- Ability to communicate effectively, follow procedures, and show up on time every day.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Knowledge of virtualization, office 365, Active Directory, VPN.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Have a reliable car.
- Performs on-site installation of Computers, Firewalls, Switches and repair of technical equipment, software, at client locations. (all clients in Massachusetts)
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software.
- Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically.
- Recommend hardware and software improvements.
- Track customer issues and resolutions.
- This position is mostly in the office in Waltham, MA.
