Debtt Group is seeking a Lead CX/UX Designer for the Up To Date Expert AI mobile app. This role focuses on driving a mobile-first design culture across iOS and Android, creating prototypes and design systems while collaborating with product, clinical, and engineering teams in a hybrid work model.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to make independent design decisions. The competitive compensation package includes a base salary between $128,900 - $226,050 and eligibility for bonuses.
