Business Administration - Entry Level Training Program

Job Description

• Capture the business needs and requirements of the business owners and end‑clients and create a Functional Requirement Document (FRD) based on the requirements captured.
• Involve throughout the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) – SCRUM including sprint planning meetings, review meetings, and backlog refinement meetings.
• Act as a point of contact for all business‑related concerns by providing timelines and ensuring timely delivery of the product.
• Conduct GAP analysis to understand the AS‑IS and TO‑BE requirement documents.
• Work closely with the project coordinators to learn project timelines and report day‑by‑day activities to keep them well informed of the project status.

• Master’s or Bachelor’s in computer science/engineering, Information technology/systems, Administration or Management or related.
• Strong understanding of how business requirements are gathered, analyzed, documented, and translated into technical specifications.
• Hands‑on experience with relational databases and SQL and the ability to learn and understand complex systems.
• Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate business/technical requirements and project schedules with a customer and other project team members.
• Results‑oriented with strong people and time‑management skills, highly organized, motivated, and driven to succeed.
