Required Qualifications and Skills Candidates must possess 7 to 10 years of experience in data science, analytics, statistics, economics, operations research, or a related quantitative field. Required technical expertise includes SQL and Python, along with proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization tools. The role requires a strong foundation in statistical inference, experimental design, and causal analysis, as well as experience managing and developing teams.
A Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline is preferred, and an MBA or consulting experience is considered a plus.
