Overview

As a Solutions Consultant, you will work closely with the sales team, acting as a trusted advisor to understand customer scientific, operational, and compliance challenges—and translate them into compelling demonstrations of the Sci Sure products. You will prepare and deliver tailored presentations, conduct platform demonstrations, and lead in‑depth technical discussions to show how Sci Sure streamlines scientific workflows, strengthens safety and compliance, improves data integrity, and accelerates research and development outcomes.

In this role, you will configure and customize demonstration environments, clearly articulate complex scientific and technical concepts, and effectively address questions from scientists, research leaders, operational stakeholders, and IT teams.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience within a research organization—whether in scientific research, laboratory operations, environmental health & safety, core facility management, or research administration—combined with a strong understanding of how digital tools support complex laboratory environments. Experience with enterprise SaaS solutions, laboratory information systems, or scientific workflow technologies is highly valuable. Your expertise will be critical in shaping our technical sales strategy as Sci Sure expands its footprint across research‑intensive industries.

Excellent communication, presentation, and problem‑solving skills are essential, along with a consultative mindset and the ability to navigate dynamic, fast‑moving environments.

Responsibilities
  • Support the sales process by delivering tailored demonstrations of the Sci Sure’s products to prospective and existing customers.
  • Build strong relationships with scientific, operational, and IT stakeholders, serving as a product and subject matter expert throughout the evaluation process.
  • Deliver compelling demos, workshops, and proofs of concept across Sci Sure capabilities—including experiment management, sample tracking, data governance, quality workflows, and compliance enablement.
  • Participate in Sci Sure’s responses to RFPs and customer technical evaluations.
  • Collaborate with the Product team by providing actionable field feedback to help guide product roadmap decisions.
  • Represent Sci Sure at industry conferences, webinars, and marketing events.
  • Maintain and enhance demo environments to ensure high‑quality, realistic customer experiences.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in scientific informatics, laboratory systems, quality/compliance software, or related enterprise technology.
  • Strong understanding of scientific workflows in biotech, pharma, materials science, or related R&D environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Self‑driven and comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering, or technology (advanced degree a plus).
